Excelent quality

Lillian was great, constantly kept in contact with me and made sure that I understood everything that was happening with my order and kept me aware of timeframes for production. I only ordered samples of brush sizes and she helped explain the process for customization if I wanted it and gave me plenty of options and looks to choose from. The product itself is pure kolinsky and very well made. I had 2-3 hairs that came out when I was prepping the brushes for use and cleaning out all the residue from production. To Potential Buyers: I was advised by Lillian that the sizing in the U.S. is different than overseas. What this means is that what we in the U.S. consider one size is in fact a different size overseas. An example of this is in the U.S. what we commonly consider a size #12 is a #16 overseas, so when I was ordering I chose sizes 8/10/12, what I was sent was a 12/14/16, however the sizes matched what I was looking for. This is just something to keep in mind when you order from them.
